Make a Donation

The Good Samaritan is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on donations to provide quality care to the uninsured and under-insured residents of  Cullman County.  We do not receive federal or state funding.  We welcome your donation.

Donations can be made by check, money order or over the telephone.  We do not use a third party payment program so that we can eliminate the service fees charged by those services.

To make a credit or debit card donation, call and give us your name, card number, expiration date, and zip code, then we can process that through our terminal.  The card processing company only charges us their cost for each transaction.  Our bank donates their fee for each transaction.
