Directions to the Good Samaritan

The Clinic is located at the corner of 4th Ave. NE and Arnold St. NE.  Our signs are on a canopy that covers our doors at the bottom of the ramp.  Good Samaritan is in what used to be the emergency room of the old Cullman Hospital.  That building is now known as the Folsom Center.  Our address is 401 Arnold St. NE, Suite A, Cullman, AL 35055-1968.
